Watery Wednesday

I remember my son Matthew being so overwhelmed when he first saw the ocean, he was afraid of getting close to the water, the waves was loud and the water was frigid. He looks so alone standing there. The sound of the waves at night is like a soothing music.
Please share with us your beautiful photos on Watery Wednesday hosted by 2sweetnsaxy.

Great photo. The ocean can be overwhelming, probably why I like it so much. For me it puts "me" in perspective - not even a dot on the face of the earth. Kind of makes my problems seem miniscule in the scope of things.

I am still overwhelmed by the ocean every time I see it. Nice picture.

Precious! I love the ocean and the soothing sounds that it brings...but the dangers that lies beneath the waves is what is overwhelming. I almost lost my oldest son and my husband about 10 years ago in the riptide. But...I still love the ocean.

((hugs))
