For two weeks now I've been wanting to buy curtains for my living room window. There are so many styles to choose from. It would have been nice to just buy the most beautiful curtains I can find without minding the price, but unfortunately we don't have a lot of money to spend for curtains. I wanted my living room to look a little bit brighter and cozier since we are going to stay at this place for a longer time than we would like. I might as well make it look a little bit nicer. Not that I don't like our living room. I really did not care a whole lot about it until I finally accepted the fact the we are not moving out from this area for another seven years- that's a long time yet. I am going to make throw pillow cases that would match the color and shade of the curtains. I like the maroon color, and there's the golden yellow. I am not sure yet, but I am leaning towards maroon. I hope that this weekend my hubby would drive me to the mall to buy my dream curtains.
Antarctica Frozen Wave Pixs - Nature is amazing! The water froze the instant the wave broke through the ice . That's what it is like in Antarctica where it is the coldest weather in decades . Water freezes the instant it comes in contact with the air . The temperature of the water is already some degrees below freezing . For more photos please visit Watery Wednesday

Amazing striped icebergs
Icebergs in the Antarctic area sometimes have stripes, formed by layers of snow that react to different conditions . Blue stripes are often created when a crevice in the ice sheet fills up with meltwater an d freezes so quickly that no bubbles form . When an iceberg falls into the sea, a layer of salty seawater can freeze to the underside . If this is rich in algae, it can form a green stripe . Brown, black and yellow lines are caused by sediment, picked up when the ice sheet grinds downhill towards the sea. To see more photos please visit Watery Wednesday and join us.

It was Vine my sister who encourage me to create my own blog, she was also encourage by Ashia, her friend. I am a busy Mommy with two active little boys and added to that I have my own small business to take care of so I thought there was no way I can find extra time for this but after visiting their blogs (Simply Divine and Holly Herald), I decided to create my own, I really want to thank these two ladies. My life as a stay-at-home Mom is more exciting now.

I thank the Lord for being there for me all this time, for making my dreams come true, giving me a hubby to love and adore, for giving me two boys to enjoy and chase around, and most of all for making my life beautiful. Facing a problem, feeling the burden, the stress and pressures in life, made me become closer to the Lord, trusting in His love, relying on Him, depending on Him, and loving Him more everyday. Life is beautiful. Is there something you want to thank the Lord today? please join us at Thankful Thursday.
