Logan is a 13 year-old boy who lives on a ranch in a very small town in Nebraska. Logan listens to Christian Radio station 89.3FM KSBJ which broadcasts from Houston, TX. Logan called the radio station distraught because he had to take down a calf . His words have wisdom beyond his years.Since airing the audio of the phone call and now the making of the video clip, it has taken on a life of its own. People are forwarding it all over the world. We encourage you to share the love of Christ with anyone you can. Click this link to listen to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCdZwitrNoY

It was 4:45 a.m., July 26, 2009, in the morning when I woke up. It was so quiet in the house, and it was still dark outside. My husband was still sleeping quietly beside me in bed, and I was sure he was not ready to get up just yet. He had a long day, and we went to bed late that night. If this were an ordinary day, I wouldn't be up this early, but we were going to visit close family friends in Indiana. We were going to be on the road for quite awhile. My son Matt was so excited about this trip. Both he and Everett love the farm, like to watch the cows being milked and enjoy getting a ride on the skidloader, wagon and tractor. I was also very excited to see Lucy and Elsie Weaver again, and Hubby needed this vacation too to relax a little bit before going back to school. It was 5:20 when we woke up the boys, put them to the potty, changed their clothes and finally put them in their carseats. I could see Matt's excitement while buckling him up although Everett definitely did not care as he was still sleepy. By 5:30 a.m. we were on the road. We were all quiet the first two hours of the drive. Pretty soon Everett closed his eyes and was sound asleep while Matt was hamming and playing with his teddy bear. At 8 o'clock we stopped for fast food just outside Maryland to get a bite to eat and some coffee for Hubby. He surely needed something to perk him up. It was around 11 o'clock when Hubby told me that we were halfway there. I was so pleased. We had some snacks for lunch, and we only stopped when we needed to use the bathroom and to get more coffee. Matt did not take a nap until it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon, just an hour to Goshen, Indiana. We passed West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. We finally got to our destination at 5 o'clock in the afternoon; everybody was ready to stretch out. My boys immediately jumped out of the car and went to see the cows. It was a long drive but we were happy to have arrived safely.
